  • Housing; Provides management, development and service coordination for seniors in our housing program. We provide service coordination for 36 units of affordable housing adjacent to Neal Center.
  • Nutrition; Coordinates and delivery of over 200 individual meals per day at four congregate meal sites and through Meals on Wheels.

Do you, or someone you know, live alone and have little contact with people?
If the answer is yes, the Council on Aging/Telephone Reassurance Program might be right for you.

This program is especially for seniors age 60 and better that would like for someone to make phone contact with them Monday through Friday. On these days, a volunteer will call to make sure you are up and okay. If the volunteer does not get an answer, they will notify a contact person who will come check on you.
If you are interested in this program or being a volunteer to make calls with this program, please call the Senior Center at 704.482.3488.
